Well, First the sales person...Joe De Renso is of the best type of person we have ever delt with.
He is one of the honest and helpful people we have ever had the opportunity to work with.
Also when you let him know what you are looking for....He will go to work for you..(period).
Anyway we had Joe assist use in finding just what we wanted and boy did he help us.......No
waste of time...No pressure or Crap of any kind......Professional and exacting in his Job as our

Rick was fantastic to work with! He took time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect trailer. Financing and paperwork was entirely taken care of Milford me. I showed up, signed some papers, and Rick was kind enough to deliver my trailer right to my house. We had a great experience with Power RV. Ronnie was our salesman from the beginning. We had first looked at our RV on a Sunday and walked through it with Ronnie. A week later we came back and bought it. There was never any pressure or constant phone calls or E-Mails. We love our RV and love how easy and low pressure the process was. Weve had several RVs and dealings with several different service departments. Our experience with Power RV is far and away the best weve encountered. We were so impressed with the knowledgeable, low pressure sales experience, but thenNrian and the service department! They are amazing! Brian is always available to answer a question, and there is virtually no wait to get in for service. Definitely not the norm in the industry! If we ever need a new RV, you can bet well be back!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. I knew what I wanted and they were willing to negotiate on price. Financing was quick and painless. There were two very small things we asked for that they gladly provided quickly. Drove off the lot quick and a wink and on to our next adventure. Service department is sooo different than others we have worked with over the years. Brian and his team are responsive, easy to schedule, and on time with work completed. John was amazing he understood our needs and helped us find the perfect trailer .the manager is great he was so patient with us as we came back several times he let us take our time and find the right trailer and gave us options .Roxy the the finance manager is excellent. She even showed us a trailer when John was not there she helped us find the right service contract and made the finance process easy . After calling multiple RV centers and mobile RV repair in the Salem area I could not find anyone that would troubleshoot a problem with my inverter on our 2006 leisure travel van. I was about to give up when Tammy from another RV center suggested I call Power RV. Brian at Power RV said they would do it so I made my appointment about a month in advance. I am so grateful to have done so because they found the problem quickly and gave me several options to fix the problem. They also serviced the main components and replaced the broken air conditioner outer cover and a water input leak in three days! This was all done for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Power RV for your service needs. Thank you!!

Kayla was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to all my texts and questions after we visited the lot. If she didn't know the answer to my questions, she said so and quickly returned with one after consulting. We have had our new toy hauler for a couple months so nothing big, only small manufacturing quality control issues - such as after we took delivery, we realized there were no rear stabilizer jacks installed. I reached out to Genesis, and they sent the rear jacks and will pay to have installed so it worked out okay, but dealership should have been more proactive on the issue of an RV not having rear jacks installed (which is why I gave 4 stars).

Looking for "the" right toyhauler, wasn't there on our first trip. Left our wish list with Marie. She called a few days later, we went down to look. She was right, we bought!!
